In this episode I dove deep into something I wrote last year. As well as some struggles I faced while trying to love the skin that I’m in! Believing in myself, I learned that WE are in control of what we choose to believe (Just like anything else in life). What you see as flaws others see as perfections! We tend to focus on negativity and what the outside world thinks. When we should really focus on POSITIVITY while ignoring the outside influences that tells us how we should or shouldn’t look!
