Studies show that approximately 91% of women are unhappy with their bodies.  This unhappiness leads to body shaming and body punishing in order to achieve the "ideal" look (only 5% of women ever achieve this "look").  
There are so many of you out there silently struggling with accepting and loving your body.  In some cases, that struggle has led to an eating disorder.  This is a topic that we do not talk about enough.  My guest, Rachel Nielsen, is with us today for a very transparent conversation about her battle with an eating disorder and journey to love her body.  We talk about:

  • Rachel's breaking point--when she knew she had a problem that was beyond her control
  • How shame tried to keep her from receiving the help she needed
