Hello again my wonderful Nieces and Nephews!

Learning to Pray was originally entitled "My Giant" but I didn't want people to confuse it with that Billy Crystal movie from the 90's. they have nothing in common, but I thought you'd like to know that bit of trivia. Unlike many stories you will find on Deep Whimsy, this tale is a very serious piece, it is my own coming of age story and a very interesting exploration of spirituality and bad habits that have a deeper truth. Please excuse the odd sounding portion towards the end of the story as when I went to edit I discovered there was a missing portion of the story that had to be added in without the convenience of a recording studio.
