In this episode Tyler Pearce and I have a conversation about Learning to Trust Ourselves, by first learning about what our weaknesses were/are and working with Jesus Christ to change them into our greatest strengths.
Tyler shares his personal story about feeling his inadequacies as he explored new avenues for work after feeling like he was stuck in a job he really didn't like, and learning to disregard the negative talk he had for himself as he pursued a master's degree to be able to leave said job. I share my experience with learning about being autistic in my 30's and how the way I process thoughts and emotions, which used to frustrate and embarrass me (specifically relating to my oddness with guys), has become one of my greatest strengths.
