Knikole Taylor, Instructional Technology Coordinator for Life Schools (TX), has always identified as a "helper." In this episode, she offers her experiences and philosophy, sharing that creating helpful partnerships inside and outside the traditional classroom is dependent on meeting learners -- teachers and students -- where they are. This flexibility means accepting and providing diversity in location, level of content, type of tool, resource, or delivery, and even recognizing when it's time to set curriculum aside and simply offer a listening shoulder and a friendly promise of support.
