The name "The Completion Coach" was inspired by my own frustrations of things that were never started, desires and dreams that people didn't get around to and things that were left unfinished. I've been coaching for over six years now, and in the beginning I found myself noticing that my clients' commitment to completion dropped off after the coaching ended. Why was this? After analysing the data, I realised that if we don't deal with the emotional side and the subconscious, my clients couldn't achieve long lasting change as this fundamental piece of coaching was missing. Today's episode dives into this emotional side of human beings with curiosity and compassion.
