This is my first episode so please mind the nervousness and shakiness in my voice. I serve good purpose with this podcast and I plan on getting better and better with every episode! 

The sole purpose of this podcast is to help me, not only understand and better myself, but also learn from guests I plan on conversing with. Hence, the title of the podcast. I want to learn about myself better and understand others by listening and hearing out their perspectives and their whys. I plan on explaining my thoughts and opinions as well. You can learn so much by making your thoughts into reality and that's what I plan to do. I hope everyone enjoys and can take away something from this!
