I read through chapter 2 of David Crystal's text, 'How Language Works: How Babies Babble, Words Change Meaning, and Languages Live or Die.'

After an enjoyable day cruising some new backroads, my friend and I imbibed some suds and got to talking. Dont mind our scattered discussion, but extract from it what you can. Peace!

I started the show between IG & zoom. Audio lacks the contributions of my IG cohosts, Arod_el and minister bee betta.

The latter's contribution was astute: the term citizen is cited in the Bill of rights, elsewhere...its the differentiation between THAT, and being a US Citizen, which is CRITICAL. Words mean different things. Be sure youre hanging your hat on the precise term.

There's plenty to criticize with Atlas Shrugged, but its worth the time, nonetheless. Enjoy chapter 3.

Engage a text that was derided and marginalized in the mainstream.

Atlas Shrugged is no fringe text, but one that entreats critical eyes in this day and age.

I read some segments of Langan's "A Manual for Freedom - The Peaceful Sovereign's Path"
