During this episode, Monty shares his journey of becoming successful in real estate, he shares how he met his wife and about his family but most importantly we get into his why and what motivates him as a human. He also shares some nuggets of wisdom from real life experience around subjects such as business, parenting, taking responsibility and caring for the world around him.
