These are the insights and perspectives of a settler born on Treaty 8 land and currently living in the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx (Okanagan) people. I am a teacher, writer, consultant, father, husband, hockey player, soccer player, and Wing Chun practitioner. I live with ADHD, hyperactive type.
