hello how are you all doing today? I really hope that you all enjoy this episode about how your family can genuinely hold you back and how to tackle that issue I haven't completely healed yet that's why is healing it's active it's a verb it's something that I do everyday to a decision that I make everyday and I really hope that you all enjoy this episode I'm trying to configure if I wanna post these on Saturdays or on Sundays cause Sundays are Mondays where I rest and I recharge so I really don't wanna work anymore on Sundays but we'll see where life goes and where it takes us but I do wanna be consistent I want at least one podcast episode a week and I really hope you all enjoy it and leave a like and a five star review .
