Who is the church for? It's a tension that any growing church will wrestle with. But Jesus had an encounter with some religious leaders once. They were offended. Jesus' response to their offense in Luke 15:1-7 may be the most important passage for today's church, because it answers the question once and for all, "Who is the church for?"
