Leaving seasons in which have been deeply invested is never easy. In this first part of a 2 part episode, we discuss some of the dynamics and experiences from leaving our first full-time ministry jobs. As friends, we both experienced the process, the reality, the doubts, the limbo, the questions, and the pains of leaving, but in the journey we realized that following Jesus has turns we never expect. We also experienced the blessing, the growth, the waiting, the fruitfulness, and the favor in our obedience. The LORD is doing a work in our hearts, in the hearts of those who come after us, and in the hearts of those who stay. Following Him in every decision truly will benefit us, our families, and His people in the long-run. His ways are truly higher than our ways.
