The Scorecard

Two men walk into the temple to pray.

One brings his résumé.

Fast? Check.Tithe? Check.Better than the guy in the back?Definitely check.

The other guy brings nothing.

Just honesty.

“Mercy, Ya(h).”

And Jesus drops the twist.

The one with the scorecard leaves empty.The one with the truth leaves right with God.

Because the kingdom doesn’t run on comparison.

It runs on mercy.
