Hadith 9: It was narrated that Abdullah ibn Umar (r.a) said: The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) took hold of my shoulder and said: «Be in this world as if you are a stranger or a wayfarer.» Ibn Umar (r.a) used to say: When evening comes, do not wait for morning, and when morning comes, do not wait for evening.
