Mexican band Lecumberri, have unveiled a captivating remix of their track "Medusas," courtesy of the renowned producer and DJ, Theus Mago. The remix, released through Duro Label, offers a fresh, pulsating take on the original, showcasing the band's versatility and Theus Mago's signature sonic.

Lecumberri, formed in 2022 by Trashnikova and Dalí Lantzeta (both members of the influential Mexican Indie/Post Punk band Hoffen), have quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with. Their music, a vibrant tapestry of 2000s Mexican influences and late 80s Belgian sounds, is characterized by its irreverence, irony, and a bold fusion of genres.

"Medusas," originally a testament to Lecumberri's distinctive sound, is now reimagined by Theus Mago, a producer celebrated for his dynamic and immersive electronic productions. The remix amplifies the track's hypnotic qualities, infusing it with a driving rhythm and intricate sonic textures that are sure to captivate listeners.

Lecumberri’s “Medusas (Theus Mago Remix)” will be available starting Mach 31, 2025.
