Lee Henson had a difficult childhood but he had the willpower to escape the spiral he was in. Years ago, just when he was about to start a 5-day PMP boot camp someone ate his breakfast off his plate and convinced him to join his training. His name: Ken Schwaber. Lee was intrigued and has been infected with empiricism ever since.

Lee is the known as the “Agile Dad” and he has helped many Fortune 500 companies in their agile journey. He is an active member in the agile community in Utah where he also lives.
