Today, I alerted your to what you say when you talk to yourself. Some of us really need to pay attention and WATCH OUR WORDS!

 

Self-limiting statements don't help your production. Most people are unaware of the recordings that are running in their heads. This week, listen to what you tell yourself, and delete your self-limiting phrases. 

 

Use the Power of "Yet" to modify your conversations. "I can't hit 30K..." becomes "I can't hit 30K YET."
