Today we talked about the importance of Vision to our success as leaders. If you want to be a good leader, you need to see "more & before" others. Not all of us are commanding a company or a department or a team, but all of us need to have future vision.

 

Do you have a vision for your career and for your life? Is it clear or foggy? In your group discussion (assuming you have one) share your vision for the future with each other.

 

Also think about "who luck"...who do you know that you can learn from? Who can expand your horizons? Who can help you develop? Something to think about.
