I am happy to bring you my interview with Writer/Producer/Director Brian O'Donnell, the creator of the fantastic film Akron, that I have fallen in love with. It takes place in Akron, OH, a mere 45 minutes from where I live and tells the story of two out boys who meet, fall in love and become upended by circumstances from their previous life.

The movie has an incredible cast and if racked up film festival awards and audience choice shout outs around the world.

Brian is also a hugely compassionate worker for our LGBTQ Community, doing grant work for Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids for over 25 years and leading a non profit that caters to many things, especially homeless lgbtq youth.

I had a great time talking with Brian. Unfortunately, this was done quite a few weeks ago early in the season when I did not have the new video format down well and there were syncing issues with sound and picture, but it's still a very enjoyable and great interview with this fantastic film maker.
