We are doing "Writers Week" here on the Left of Str8 Show, with 4 authors whose unique voices have contributed to our LGBTQ experience. Two of the authors have new works being released this month, one's work is being turned into a new Netflix series, and our fourth is a profile of a book series I am finding very interesting in the Horror/Supernatural Genre.

My fourth interview as I wrap up Writers Week, is with the fantastic Byron Lane, who's first book was based on his time as Carrie Fisher's Executive Assistant, and his current book tackles a "Big Gay Wedding." We were lucky enough to even have a quick pop in by Byron's husband Steven Rowley, who has his own book, "The Celebrants," coming out the same day.

Byron is an amazing writer, not only in his novels, but as a television and screen writer, and has a few amazing web series and plays under his belt as well, including: "Tilda Swinton Answers An Ad On Craigslist," and "Last Will and Testicle." He has worked with amazing Actors such as Tom Lenk, Beth Grant and Octavia Spencer on his projects as well.
