It’s time for my next interview featuring the talented singer and songwriter Kaleb Rudy. With his soulful voice and captivating lyrics, Kaleb is poised to become one of the most exciting new artists on the music scene. His debut EP becomes available later this year. His newest song was released on March 17th and is called Tornado. He has created the 3rd of 5 visualizations that will be comprised of the EP’s narrative and it features the continuing characters of Wes and Kaleb.
Kaleb’s father was a pastor while he was born in Colorado, he was raised across Virginia, Montana, Iowa, and settled in California by the time he was 12 years old. While passionate about his music, Kaleb is also an actor and film school graduate, who secured his first feature film role in Love Exclusively (2017) and starred in the LGBT short film Old House (2019), for which he wrote the original song, "Burn." The ballad earned him a Best Original Song award from Indie Short Fest as well as a nomination from Top Shorts Film Festival.
We had a great conversation a couple of years ago and I am so happy to have him back on the Left of Str8 Show to talk about his new and upcoming music, his own personal journey since we talked last, and whatever other trouble we can get into, So join me as I explore the world of Kaleb Rudy, a rising star who is poised to take the music world by storm. With his unique blend of talent, passion, and social consciousness, Kaleb is an artist to watch and a voice to be heard.
