I am delighted to welcome the incredibly talented Spencer Day back on the show. Spencer is not only an accomplished singer-songwriter but also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. He has played venues as diverse as Lincoln Center, the Hollywood Bowl and London’s West End, and appeared all over the place including on my old favorite late night show, Craig Ferguson and collaborated with the amazing Post Modern Jukebox.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has been immersing himself in the rich and vibrant culture of Mexico, where he loves to spend time and perform. Spencer's latest album, "Broadway by Day," showcases his versatile voice and unique interpretations of classic Broadway hits from Annie to Evita. We talk all about this and you get to hear two amazing songs by Spencer of "I Don't Know How to Love Him," from Jesus Christ Superstar, and "Bali Ha'i" from South Pacific.
Without further ado, let's dive into our interview with the charming, inspiring, and also handsome as hell, Mr. Spencer Day.
