Today I am happy to welcome my first Foodie of the season, Tom Smallwood from NYC. Tom was part of the Spring Baking Championship season 8 last year and was a stand out personality on that show. He has since been working at his craft and planning on a future return to Foodie TV.

Tom was professionally trained in Paris as a Pastry Chef and has worked at NY's famous Magnolia Bakery before consulting with a friend for Sugar Wood concept bakery and now working at the amazing french pastry shop, Patisserie Vanessa in NYC. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, Diving in High School and College and has played in sports leagues around NYC, including his current Dodgeball league.
