Life update, thoughts and feelings

Grief is an emotion that people often relate to death, but when you endure a breakup it is often normal to grief for something that is no longer part of your life.

In todays episode I talk about the all the different emotions that come with the breakup, but I also point out the light at the end of my tunnel that has allowed me to slowly recover.

Today I decided that I don't want to relive that story. Maybe I will tell it in the future when the sting is not so evident but, regardless there was a lesson learned.... the hard way.

Today I do part one of the end, the night before everything happened.
