Summary:

The left seeks to accumulate power in the hands of the government. As the power becomes concentrated, the more the powerful are isolated because there is no more a need for cooperative behavior. The power center will believe that its priorities and thoughts are all that is needed; and thus, the delusional despot concludes that others should follow his way. As such, the propensity of war increases as the power will want to control an ever widening sphere of influence to fulfill the priorities of the power center.
