An Obol for Charon. In a return to Star Trek’s classic style of storytelling, “An Obol for Charon” mixes mystery and emotion with a bit of fun. While some of the season’s threads get a tug, a new development takes center stage and uses an intriguing science fiction element to deliver a wealth of character development and set up a moving moment between Michael Burnham and Saru.
