We will listen and comment to the debate between Councilman incumbent Mathieu Eugene and his Reform Party challenger Brian Cunningham in the NYC Council race for the 40th Council District in Brooklyn which took place Sunday November 9th. Eugene has since secured a third term. But the issues raised in the debate highlight the challenges ahead for him in his third term.
