SPM4423. Master programme of "Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management" (SEPAM). Two cases are discussed in this lecture. One on internet sale of contact lenses and one on coffee shops. For each case an assessment is done to check whether the judgement of possible solutions are legal. In the first video the assessment of the contact lenses is done and the case on coffee shops is introduced. In the second video the coffee shop case is finished and some exam questions are presented.
