Last week we saw some organisations in the trucking industry protesting against the employment of foreign nationals. In trying to appease the angry organizations, Labour Minister Thulas Nxesi wants to look at legislation that will somehow regulate the employment of foreign nationals not only in the trucking business, but other sectors as well. But now legally, what should he be worried about in finding the balance?
