In this mini episode, Allegra discusses the shocking change of plea by Real Housewife of Salt Lake City, Jen Shah.
On July 11, with trial set to begin in a week, Jen unexpectedly changed her plea from not guilty to guilty.
Allegra discusses the terms of the plea deal, including the stipulated sentencing range, forfeiture order, restitution and fines and the sentence of some of Jen's co-defendants and another Tier 1 defendant in a related case.
Lastly, Allegra talks about Stuart Smith, his plea and looming sentencing, as well as what to expect before Jen's sentencing date on November 28, 2022.
