Celebrated in this episode: Connie Krissler is the visionary behind Silver Springs Concrete Services, which has been family owned and operated since 1972. Connie has been inspiring the Silver Springs Concrete Services team for over 25 years. In addition to many years on the job, she has received important education, honed her skills and earned certificates, as the world of concrete has evolved. Connie enjoys meeting and working with the community during site visits, however, her greatest pleasure is working on commercial projects. One of the most exciting projects Connie has had the opportunity to work on is the bridge on Okanagan Lake which was a two-year endeavour.
