The Pomodori Bruschetta – oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella – was great but really more like pizza dough with melted cheese than bruschetta.

The Pork Tenderloin – pan roasted, garlic, apricots, cherry peppers, balsamic and brandy – was excellent!
