# Lehi Pulse: Your Daily Snapshot

Lehi residents woke up to community news both heartwarming and practical this morning. Last night, hundreds gathered at Willowcreek Middle School for a candlelight vigil supporting 14-year-old Jenna Sharp, who remains in critical condition after being hit by a car while leaving a church dance near the Lehi Rodeo Grounds on Friday night. Organizers set up tables with photographs and heart-shaped papers for well-wishers to write supportive messages, reflecting Jenna's love of hearts.[1]

"I know Jenna, she loved to include people so we wanted to include as many people as we could," said Holly Voisin, who helped coordinate the community gathering.[1]

In other news, DisruptHR Salt Lake City 8.0 is happening today from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at The Rooftop Lehi on Hunter's Grove Lane. This exciting event features ten speakers with just five minutes each to present innovative HR ideas, plus a comedian serving as emcee. If you're looking to challenge workplace status quo while networking with professionals, there might still be time to register.[4]

Looking ahead, the annual Lehi Round-Up Week is approaching quickly, scheduled for June 23-28. The popular community celebration includes rodeo events and various activities that have become a cherished tradition for local families.[3]

Law enforcement has been active in the region, with a significant drug bust occurring yesterday when authorities discovered more than 10,000 fentanyl pills in the car of a suspected drug trafficker believed to be connected to a Mexican drug trafficking organization.[5]

On a somber note, Lehi Police Department recently concluded their investigation into the death of 45-year-old Lehi resident Dena Beal, whose body was discovered on train tracks near 850 East and Pioneer Crossing on May 22. Officials have stated no foul play is suspected, though they await final autopsy results.[2]

As weekend plans take shape, residents can look forward to continued community events and the building excitement for Lehi Round-Up, now less than three weeks away.
