# SPRING BRINGS COMMUNITY TOGETHER IN LEHI

Today marks an exciting day for Lehi as the inaugural Youth Spring Service Day and Community Service Fair takes place across the city. This morning, young volunteers aged 12-18 gathered at various locations throughout Lehi for a community clean-up from 9-10 a.m., wearing bright shirts and bringing work gloves to beautify our neighborhoods[1].

The day continues with a family-friendly service fair at Holbrook Farms Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Residents can enjoy food trucks, live music, games, and participate in service projects like quilting and toy making. Local nonprofits will be on hand to share opportunities for meaningful community involvement[1].

Lynn Meek from Lehi Serves expressed that this event aims to establish an annual tradition that unites neighborhoods through service, embodying the philosophy that "the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others"[1].

Meanwhile, Lehi residents looking for weekend activities have plenty of options. The beloved Tulip Festival continues at Thanksgiving Point through May 17, offering a spectacular display of spring blooms[2]. For performing arts enthusiasts, Skyridge High School will host its Ballroom End of Year Concert tonight at 7:00 p.m.[5].

May has arrived with a full calendar of events throughout Utah. Just yesterday, the Price City Renaissance Festival kicked off, running through today in Washington Park, Price. The Salt Lake Home & Patio Expo also continues through tomorrow at the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy[2].

Looking ahead, tomorrow offers spiritual gatherings with First Service at 310 E State St at 2:30 p.m.[5].

As we embrace this beautiful spring weekend, Lehi's community spirit shines through these service initiatives and cultural events. Whether you're helping clean up the city, enjoying performances by local students, or simply appreciating the tulips in bloom, there's something for everyone to enjoy in our vibrant community.

Remember to support these local events that make Lehi such a special place to live, and consider how you might contribute to building an even stronger community through service.
