On this episode Leigh talks about the systems and processes she has in place to create order and organization in the home while also allowing her 4 kids to be kids. She shares how she keeps a handle on laundry, schedules, virtual school (!) and toys. As her family has grown she has been on a journey to figure out what areas she needs hold a little more loosely. She's learned how to let her kids be a part of contributing to the order in their home by using a chore chart and daily house responsibilities.
