As we enter Holy Week, let us reflect on our daily choices, to love Jesus or to betray Him. Join me in contemplating the significance of Mary anointing Jesus' feet and what it means for our own journey of faith.

Take a moment to find a quiet space, free from distractions. Close your eyes and center yourself in God's presence. Let us meditate on Jesus’ difficult journey and the moments when we betray Jesus.

• Think of your daily decisions. Do you always choose the right path?

• What moments are hard for you to follow Jesus?

• Are there moments when you deny Jesus?
