Today I talk to Lesley Gold. Lesley started her career delivering training courses and gradually moved in to HR. She now owns her own HR company which is focused on merges, acquisitions and transformations.  Lesley gives some fantastic advise during the interview and talks about making your own path and career, but always keeping focus on personal development and progression.
