Lesley has a degree in psychology and a long work history in the area of organisational psychology.  She is now the owner and principal consultant of Edge Consulting and has a high level of expertise in delivering a range of training programs, such as Effective Conflict Management, Therapeutic Interventions in Conflict & Crisis Situations, Managing Challenging Behaviours, Preventing Occupational Violence and Advanced Aggression Management.
