Leslie Appleton ‘12 talks about being pre-med but majoring in Politics, her involvement with the Pomona Events Committee, and her time before medical school working on the Obama campaign and in the administration. Leslie is currently an Internal Medicine Resident at UNC Chapel Hill and she completed medical school while obtaining a Masters in Public Health at the University of Arizona.
