Leslie Hoffman has been a pioneer in the fields of green building, sustainability and cannabis. She holds a degree in architecture and design, and worked as a carpenter and green builder for ten years before joining Earth Pledge Foundation as executive director (1994-2010). Hoffman’s involvement in the Cannabis industry has stretched from 1995 to the present - and has included philanthropy, partner in a hemp fashion company, principal in one of the first six NJ medical marijuana licenses, hemp cultivator in NC, NY and NJ, and hemp product manufacturing and brand promotion.
