If we spend so much time worrying then it’s really hard to actually take action.
We google it.
We call our mom.
We ponder over it.
We talk to our spouse.
We text our best friend.
We overthink, doubt and worry about something that might not even happen.
It becomes overwhelming and in turn we shut down and don’t do anything at all about it.
Am I right?
When we think or ponder or worry too long then it ends up becoming unimportant.
We need to stop doubting and just take action.
