Less Late Night Coffee for More Sleep, say Experts

Mood swings, concentration issue, putting on weight all related to sleep problems. On the World Sleep Day, listen to sleep expert Dr Navin Kishor of Max Hospital and Dr Manvir Bhatia of Neurology and Sleep Centre.
Dr Navin Kishor says sleep apnea, parasomnia, insomnia are some the problems. Reasons for them vary from stress, anxiety, medical problems.
Sleep apnea is the issue which is upcoming and people who are obese suffer from it.
Dr Manvir Bhatia says for those who are working at night should avoid coffee, cigarettes from the middle of the shift.
