People want the glitz and the glamour and the caviar, but they're not willing to eat the sh*t. Everybody has the ambition or the thought process of living a 1% life, but the far majority have no interest in putting in the work ethic of the 1% that is required for that life. There is no f*cking shortcut. There's no hack, there's no tip, there's just the work. Nobody wins without putting in the f*cking work. I know the way that I will achieve all my goals is to get my hands dirty and put in the work in the dirt. There's a lot of talkers in the world. "Here's what I'm gonna do at work, here are my goals, here's what I'm gonna do in my life, here's how I'm gonna be heroic. I'm gonna be a better man, a better woman, a better performer, this is what I'm gonna do." And they don't execute. You know what makes a hero? You know what makes a leader versus a victim? Don't tell us what you're gonna do, show us what you've done. Less talk, more do. Translate your ideals into execution. Develop a monomaniacal execution IQ. If you practice executing long enough, you're gonna be world class at execution. But if you practice talking and not doing, you're gonna be Fedder level, Messi level, Picasso level, Kanye level, Shakespeare level at talking versus doing. Where you're winning in your life reflects what you've been practicing. A lot of us are full of sh*t. We think that were working our asses off, working hard, you know, we been working out hard in the gym for a month, but we haven't seen any results. You study for 30 minutes for a f*cking test, and you ain't do as well as you thought. What the f*ck do you expect? You have to do more. You gotta stop telling yourself that you're doing enough. In life it's never enough until you feel this overwhelming feeling of sh*t man, I'm outworking the crowd. I'm outworking everybody. I'm doing more. Once you get there, that's when you f*cking know you've done enough. Don't talk about it, be about it. Practice what you preach. Stay hard.
