Learning to trust my body and honor everything I am feeling has been such a life altering experience. The more I lean into this evolution journey, the more I recognize that I do not need to understand it all, sometimes it's just about feeling and letting things move through. I am so happy to be home right now and grounding before I start this next big chapter. Life sure is a beautiful mess these days. Xoxo
