Allies, finally a long awaited follow up to Lesson 5: Procrastinating on Procrastination.

There have been more than a few of you reaching out or asking questions on when this Lesson would come up. So here it is!

This will be the first in a series of follow ups from Lesson 5. In this lesson, I take the first four bullet points and expand a little deeper, giving some personal connection from my own experience to help bring in a better level of understanding.
