Lesson 303: Have A Succession Plan

If you want to keep the amazing thing you've built going as amazing, even more so, you have to make sure you have a solid succession plan in place. When you've defined your succession plan, everyone involved will know the role they are playing and will do what is needed. Without a succession plan, it should not be a shock if something awesome crumbles.
