Lesson 330: Embrace Weak Ties

We have strong and weak ties. Strong ties are those with close affinity, family, loved ones and weak ties are acquaintances and people we might know in passing. We might be tempted to take weak ties in passing but we shouldn't because we never know what might come from a weak tie. The key is to be open, to listen and to be available when you can. Let them know they matter and make them feel good.
