Lesson 333: Not Every Urgent Thing Is Important

We are gradually becoming controlled by our phones. It dings and we jump to it. However, we need to learn that not everything that appears urgent is important. We have to define what's important to us and then focus on that. We should also create systems and processes because those will reduce the number of urgent things we have to do.
