Lesson 337: Promise Less 

One way to ensure we keep our promises is by promising less but by promising things that matter to those we are promising. When you promise less, you increase the value that comes with your process, you have the time to do the work required. Another important advantage of promising less is that you are not overwhelmed by the things you have to do to keep the promise you made.
